Personal Information does not include information that does not identity a specific user or individual. At Allonhill, all Personal Information is classified at Highly Confidential Information.
Use of Information
Information collected by Allonhill may be used in the following ways:
- To provide products and services purchased by clients
- To provide client service with respect to products and services purchased by clients.
- To improve the products and services provided by Allonhill.
- To address any network security issues.
- In connection with the prevention, investigation, or resolution of illegal activities, violation of Allonhill's Terms of Use, or contractual obligations of Allonhill clients or vendors.
Security of Confidential Information
Allonhill protects Confidential Information through the use of appropriate physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to ensure the integrity and security of Confidential Information in Allonhill's possession. All Personal Information that is transmitted to or from Allonhill is transmitted using secure transmission methods and up to 256 bitâ€encryption. All Personal Information stored by Allonhill is encrypted before storage and all data at rest is encrypted.

As such, Confidential Information will be shared only to employees or agents of Allonhill to the extent required to provide the products or services purchased by the applicable client, or as necessary for such individuals to perform their job responsibilities (such as legal or finance personnel). Confidential Information is provided to subcontractors only on a needâ€toâ€know basis and only after the applicable subcontractor has been approved by Allonhill in accordance with its policies and any applicable legal requirements. Confidential Information may be made available to third parties who are under contract to Allonhill to assist with the delivery of Allonhill products and services.
Allonhill requires all employees, agents, and third party service providers that may have access to Confidential Information to enter into written agreements with Allonhill to protect the confidentiality of such information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Any transfer of Personal Information to a third party will be in accordance with the purpose for which Allonhill received such Personal Information, as required by applicable privacy law.
Under no circumstances will Allonhill share Confidential Information of a client with any other client or potential client. Allonhill may disclose Confidential Information to law enforcement or other government officials if legally compelled to do so or as necessary to comply with applicable law.

Allonhill uses session cookies during active sessions but does not collect any Personal Information through cookies.
