Allonhill Adds Key Positions to Senior Leadership Team

Experts in Training and Human Resources join Executive Team

 

DENVER (December 27, 2020) - Allonhill, an independent third-party review firm specializing in mortgage due diligence and credit risk management, today announced it had hired Cal Smith as Chief People Officer and Bill Cushard as Director of Training and Development.

 

Smith will oversee Allonhill’s HR department, including the teams responsible for talent acquisition, benefits, performance improvement, employee relations, and leadership development. Cushard will oversee the development and implementation of Allonhill’s industry-leading training and certification program called Allonhill Academy.

Smith brings over 16 years of HR experience in benefits, compensation, communications, HRIS/payroll, and organizational planning. He has held positions at large global employers such as AT&T, Maxtor Corporation and Seagate Technologies as well as entrepreneurial technology startups such as NTT/Verio, Trizetto and Mincom. He holds a BA from University of Phoenix and a BA from the U.S. Academy of Health Sciences.

 

Cushard has over 12 years of training experience at companies including E*TRADE Financial, Accenture, and Time Warner Cable. As Director of Learning and Development at E*TRADE Financial, Cushard was responsible for leading and implementing training programs for an audience of nearly 2,000 financial services professionals. Cushard holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS from the University of Denver.
