Yolanda Chase is director of human resources at Allonhill, responsible for the company’s human resources, recruiting and administration departments. Chase has 21 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Allonhill, Chase worked as a human resources consultant where she consulted with small and medium-sized companies in areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development. Prior to starting her consulting business, Chase served as director of employee relations at LMC Resources, where she directed the employee relations function for 4,000 employees. Additional experience includes positions at Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, Coors Brewing Company and Wells Fargo.
Chase is a certified mediator and holds a paralegal certification from the Denver Paralegal Institute with an emphasis on employment law and is pursuing her BA in organization development from Regis University.
