Leon Niedzwiecki is director of due diligence at Allonhill. Niedzwiecki is responsible for business development and management of the due diligence service delivery, and is integral to the continual evolution of Allonhill's platform.
Prior to joining Allonhill, Niedzwiecki worked as a due diligence and client services manager for the Winter Group/Edison MDS where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of their due diligence platform (which was subsequently purchased by Allonhill). He led a team of 30 underwriters providing due diligence on over $4 billion of performing and non-performing prime, alt-A, and subprime loans. Niedzwiecki has 10 years experience in mortgage related data analysis and program management, preceded by 10 years of engineering experience in the automotive industry.
