Dwight Stenseth is the Chief Operating Officer of Allonhill and is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the firm’s business activities. He is actively involved with client engagements and operational management. Stenseth has a strong leadership and management background and has over 30 years of financial services industry and real estate experience in a number of broad-based areas, including banking, public accounting, consulting, asset management and real estate private equity.
Before joining Allonhill, Stenseth worked as a senior director at Realty Capital Solutions, advising clients on asset foreclosures, distressed asset sales, reorganizations and loan workouts for a variety of property types. Stenseth served nine years at Cherokee Investment Partners, where he was responsible for overall project management and performance of an FDIC/Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) mortgage loan and real estate portfolio exceeding $1 billion, in addition to directing all office activities.
Stenseth holds an undergraduate degree in business from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
