Bill Cushard is the Director of Training at Allonhill. In this role, Bill oversees development, implementation, performance improvement, and assessment of Allonhill’s training effectiveness across the Organization.
Bill has over 12 years of experience in training and performance improvement at companies including E*TRADE Financial, Accenture, and Time Warner Cable. As Director of Learning and Development at E*TRADE Financial, he was responsible for leading and implementing training programs for an audience of nearly 2,000 financial services professionals. Bill has spoken publicly at events including Devlearn 2010, the California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE), Elevate 2011 Annual Conference, The Enterprise Learning Conference EXPO 2011, and at an ASTD Sacramento Chapter meeting in May 2011.
Bill has a BS in International Business from the University of Denver, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and he is pursuing his PhD in Education from Capella University.
